Leadership Coaching for Women
There are different ways to show up and lead. One valuable tool to improve leadership effectiveness is self-awareness and strong communication skills. Having self-awareness and being adaptable to the needs of others can build a strong rapport and help others feel valued. By learning how best to communicate with others, we encourage the best results and support personal satisfaction as an effective leader.
How do I know if this is what I need?
We offer a complimentary strategy session for that reason. In the session, we will learn more about your needs and expectations and decide whether we are a good fit.
I work one-to-one with clients all over the world virtually by Zoom. We have options to meet monthly or bi-weekly, depending on your needs for three months to one year.
My coaching style is conversational, and I partner with you on your development, offering my experience, support, and thought-provoking questions. We use comprehensive self-assessments as tools for self-discovery.

My one-to-one coaching is offered only to women. I work with new and seasoned leaders who are looking to:
